Pure dead brilliant stay! The rooms were clean and modern. The shower always had hot water. The staff were exceptional, with Barash and Serhat always ready to help. On the downside, the food selection was a bit repetitive. a braw time!

Excellent pool conditions enhanced our relaxation experience.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was slow and confusing. The restaurant had limited dining options, and I found the cleanliness of the common areas lacking at times. I also struggled with the Wi-Fi connection .

The buffet meals were really good, and the on-site spa offered amazing pampering options like the free hamam!

Not bad for a family getaway

The staff was generally friendly, especially this one waiter who always seemed to be focused on helping rather than chatting. One thing I really appreciated was how clean the place was, surprising for a hotel of this kind, the cleanliness was great and proved crucial for a good stay.

Spent a week here and loved the pool area! Staff were super friendly. I really enjoyed the snack bar for grabbing a quick bite. On the flip side, the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty, frustrating.

the rooms were extremely spacious and modern, with a delightfully large balcony. the location was great for accessing local restaurants and shops, and also offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful.

There were a couple of downsides that I should mention. For example, the all-inclusive drinks were quite limited in selection, which was a bit disappointing.
